Artisan eatery The Larder House teamed up with Lyme Bay's head wine maker Liam Ldzikowski back in early 2016 with the aim of creating a unique and complex fortified sparkling wine.  Using a base sparkling wine exclusively from Seyval Blanc grapes, the first bottling was blended with a 1999 Sercial Madeira from the D’Oliveiras family to create the aptly named 'Ardor'.
